| Graphic Design - $75 per hour, billed with half hour minimum and
quarter hour increments thereafter. |
| E-Commerce sites - $4205, which includes a BVC5 software license.
Custom programming would be $95 per hour, billed with half hour minimum
and quarter hour increments thereafter. Above Site Design and Per
Page fees not applicable. The cost of the secure certificate from
GeoTrust and the additional Fee for the Unique IP address is $195
per year. Additional fees may apply depending on your payment
processing methods, sales tax needs, etc. |

| Site Setup - included in Site Design Fee

required for the registration of the domain name. The fee for
registering the domain name (paid to Network
Solutions) is as follows: |

Sirius Programming will add the fee to the initial invoice. Discounts are available for multi-year
registrations through Network Solutions.
Registration renewal fees are invoiced in the month that they occur and are
not included in Maintenance or Hosting Services. The domain name will
be registered to the client, but Sirius Programming will be listed as
the technical and billing contacts. Other domain name extensions may be available.
| Site Hosting - $25 per month for sites design/maintained by
Sirius Programming. Includes maximum of 100MB of disk storage,
including discussion forum storage.
(Uses shared IP address for all sites except for those who use ecommerce.)
Additional fees will be added if you have streaming media based on media
storage size and total viewing time. |
| Unique IP address - included in the annual fee for the
secure certificate. |
| Additional space - $25 per month for additional 100MB of disk
storage. |
| Updates - $45 per hour, billed with half hour minimum and quarter
hour increments thereafter. |
| Contracted Updates - spread over 12 months. Hours remaining
are not carried over to the next year. Additional hours are billed at the
same per hour rate until contracted year is up. Termination of services,
prior to end of contracted year, will incur balance owed on final invoice.

| Hosting Services - All hosting fees are half off the price from the
list above. Registration Fees for the domain name are as per the rates
from Network Solutions and do not receive the discount. (Currently $35 a year initially and $35 per year
renewal.) |
| Maintenance Services - FREE |
Billing can be quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
Church sites must be semi-annually or annually. There is no reduction for the different billing cycles, just a savings in
postage, paperwork and time for both of us.
| Hosting Services - billed in the month prior to the cycle being
paid for. Example: Billed on 1 April for month of May. Payment
due by the 15th of the month billed in. |
| Hourly Maintenance - billed in the month after the maintenance has
occurred, regardless of the billing cycle chosen. |
| Contracted Maintenance - billed with the hosting service fee. Hours remaining
are not carried over to the next year. Termination of services,
prior to end of contracted year, will incur balance owed on final invoice. |
| Payment method - Payment is via check or money-order. |
| Late Payments - If payment is not received within 10 days of
the due date, an email notification will be sent out indicating a late
payment. No response to the email within 5 days will cause your site to be
shutdown. Unless prior arrangements have been made, your site will be
removed after 15 days past the due date. Restart of the site will
require a fee of $150 and must be done within 30 days. After 30 days,
all backups of your site will have been deleted. |
| Refunds/Termination - If you choose to stop your site, no refunds are given for payments
received. Contracted maintenance will be billed upon termination
notification for the balanced owed on the contract. Hosting fees will
not be billed for months not used. A fee of $30 will be imposed for
site removal/hosting transfer. It will either be billed or deducted from current
payments if sufficient funds are available (current payments are for those
who pay quarterly, etc. and terminate before the quarter is up). |
